Download Audio

The Audio Walking Tour is currently offered in MP3 format only. The audio file (approx. 80MB) can be downloaded directly to your hard drive or streamed through your browser if it is configured to play MP3 files directly.

Download the MP3 by right-clicking on this link and choosing "Save to disk" to transfer the file to your computer. (Note: depending on the type of computer and which browser you are using, the process of downloading the file to your hard drive may vary from that noted above.)

Transferring the tour to your audio player

Each digital audio player will have specific instructions for transferring files from your computer to the player. The Apple iPod uses iTunes to synchronize the files on the iPod with those on your computer. If you are using iTunes/iPod, you will need to add the MP3 downloaded here to the iTunes library, then connect your iPod to transfer the file.

For other audio players, please consult the manufacturer's instructions.

Enhanced audio beta now available
The audio tour is also now available in MP4 ("enhanced audio") format.
Right click this link and download the compressed audio fie to your computer's hard drive (you'll need to uncompress the zip file before using it). Enhanced audio includes chapters and reference photographs. Please note this is still a "work in progress" and you may experience some technical problems.
